It is customer/s responsibility check all spec of the items, before place the order through website or telephone order or proforma invoice order, generators depot trading as theimer ltd, will not accept any liabilities or loss for the item wrongly purchased by customer/s from the seller, in case customer would like to return wrongly purchased item/s there is a restocking fee applicable, It is customer/s responsibility to ask our terms and condition before commit any purchases or once ticked the terms and condition box mean customer has accepted our terms and condition, any item/s delivered which is/are not matched with description ,must be notified us with in in 7 hours of the receipt of goods, Goods have been purchased wrongly by customer or sold by seller will be allowed to return within 14 days from the delivered date with applicable restocking fees, subject to non-used, non damaged, package not been opened, seller has the right to refuse the return item while checked if the item cannot be resellable, seller doesn’t provide Technical advice about any of items listed for sale
In order to process quickly we may ask to return the item/s to the manufacture in uk ,rather than sending back to our sales office

If you wish to return an item that is not required please refer to the steps below. This guarantee is separate and in addition to any of the Consumer’s legal rights to cancel including the right set out in the Generatorsdepot.co.uk trading as Theimer LtdTerms and Conditions.
The item must be in its original as new condition including instructions and accessories and also accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
In line with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after the delivery of goods.
How do I return an unwanted item?
Please return your items within 14 days of their purchase, ensuring the goods remain in resalable condition including packaging, manuals and all accessories, with a valid proof of purchase. We ask that you contact us in advance to request a returns authorisation number.
